Welcome to K10 Running

My name is Ketan Patel (Ketan is pronounced K10).  I’m a running fanatic and enjoy running anywhere from a few miles up to a half marathon.  I have run 26 half marathons so far and numerous other race distances under 13.1 miles.  My running goal is to run 50 half marathons – One in each U.S. state.

I also enjoy eating, trying different foods, and exploring different cities.  This blog was created as a means to share information on how anybody can enjoy running whether you are dedicated to running or you have never ran before.  I’m not a doctor, so by no means am I providing any medical advice, however, everything I share within my website is based on my experience and research.

I hope you find this blog an interesting place to read and be inspired.  Each article is no more than a 5-to-15-minute read.
